2001559 – Roof access platform for buses

Customer requirement: “We are a company in the bus transport sector and we need a mobile platform to carry out vehicle maintenance. We are interested in it being height adjustable and being able to access the roof of the bus in complete safety.”

ESLA Solution: Project 2001559 consists of a mobile aluminum platform that allows access to the roof of the buses for up to 3 people plus material.
It has a height adjustment and leveling feet that ensure stability in working position.

It has a folding top rail assembly to the roof that ensures safety, as well as rubber protection along the entire length in contact with the bus.
Complies with the EN 131-7 standard.

Features:

• Platform of 5000 mm with tear plate.

• The height adjustment is from 2700 to 3700 mm and is made through a manual rack.

• Painted steel lower frame for rigidity.

• It has 4 wheels of 200 mm with brake that allow the displacement of the platform at the same time that stability.

• The platform access ladder is parallelogram and thus varies its angle of inclination in relation to the regulation.

• The height of the railings is 1100 mm plus the baseboards.
