Development of a modular system of vertical aluminum ladders with hoops (cat) for a manufacturer of silos, warehouses and tanks.

Details

• Standardized product for A 14122.
• Each module includes a section of stairs, rings, protective bars, anchors and connections, as well as all the necessary stainless steel screws.
• There are 3 types of modules, entry, intermediate and exit or observation.

Customer needs

1. Standardization. We design different modules that, combined with each other, allow us to reach all the heights of our client’s range of silos.
2. Price. The client obtains a price for each of the silos, which allows them to integrate the cost into their price list.
3. Service. We have the product in stock, so when the order arrives we only prepare all the pieces of the different modules that make up the silo, and in 2 weeks the material arrives. The advantage is that when the client receives the order he can send it directly to the site with its packing list and assembly plan.
